What a great article in Storytelling Magazine (put out by the National Storytelling Network), written by Mary Hamilton and Cynthia Changaris! Here’s a little chunk:
At the close of the festival, participants reported feeling, “wonderfully nourished.” Festival participant and storyteller David Novak noted, “By gathering around long stories with good companions in a beautiful setting, we have had a full immersion in the storytelling experience.”
Others commented, “I deepened my knowledge of myself and others.”
“I was nurtured, accepted, stimulated.”
“My dreams were full of images.”
